If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from when you received your order.
Items sent back after 14 days will qualify for store credit. Store credit will be issued in a coupon code format, so you can use it on your next purchase. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. To avoid this restocking fee, you can exchange your item (applies to the same item in a different size).
Original shipping fees and shipping fees back to us will not be reimbursed, unless we made an error or an item came to you damaged.
We reserve the right to reject a return if it is in an unsaleable condition. This includes items that are damaged, has a strong odor (perfume, cigarette smoke), or has signs of usage. These items will be returned back to you at your own cost.
We do not accept unauthorized returns, so please contact us prior to returning/exchanging your item.
We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that are damaged or lost during shipping back to us.
