We ship once a day, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We have a one business day handling time, so orders will ship out quickly.
The shipping service you select during checkout will usually determine how quickly you get your order, so take note of the listed transit times.
- International customers: shipping can take up to 21 business days if you do not choose a priority/express option.
- We do not have any control over the listed transit times, so please contact us ahead of time if you need something by a certain day.
- For packages shipped in the U.S., UPS generally takes a week+ for delivery, so please choose another shipping method if you would like your order sooner.
If you place an order today (before Midnight EST), it will ship tomorrow (excluding holidays).
- You will receive a tracking number for your package in an “It Just Shipped!” email from us. Didn't receive this email? Check your spam folder, or double check the spelling of the email address you entered when placing the order.
- If you need to cancel your order or change your address, please contact us ASAP. We can not change an address once the order has shipped.
All of our items are in stock and ready to ship from our facility in Virginia (U.S). We do not have a physical store.
