We currently have a 3 day processing time for orders, excluding weekends and holidays.
The shipping service you select during checkout will usually determine how quickly you get your order, so take note of the listed transit times.
- International customers: shipping can take up to 21 business days if you do not choose a priority/express option.
- International+U.S. customers: Even if you choose a priority/express option, the package can still be delayed by forces outside of our control.
- We do not have any control over the listed transit times, so please contact us ahead of time if you need something by a certain day.
- You will receive a tracking number for your package in an “It Just Shipped!” email from us. Didn't receive this email? Check your spam folder, or double check the spelling of the email address you entered when placing the order.
- If you need to cancel your order or change your address, please contact us ASAP. We can not change an address once the order has shipped.
All of our items are in stock and ready to ship from our facility in Virginia (U.S). We do not have a physical store.
