Customers are responsible for reading this policy prior to returning or exchanging an item.
If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from when you first received the order.
Items sent back after 14 days will qualify for store credit. Store credit will be issued in a coupon code format, so you can use it on your next purchase. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted beyond 30 days.
- Send us a message with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Prepare your item for shipment by making sure it’s in the new condition you received it in and the tags are still attached. Place it inside the special packaging it came in. Please make sure to use bubble wrap for all jewelry items.
- Use a shipping method with tracking.
- If the return falls within the 14-day period, we will issue a refund in the form of your original payment method. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Send us a message with your name, order number, and the item you would like to exchange.
- You will need to send the original item back to us before we ship your new item. We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for exchanges coming to us.

- If you're in the U.S., we will ship your exchange out for free. International customers will need to pay for shipping to us and for the new package.
- You will get an email from with your tracking number when your order ships.
Items that arrived damaged
- Contact us within three days of your receiving your order. We do our best to inspect all items before shipment, but things can get damaged during transit.
- We will not accept damaged item claims if the item has been used or altered in any way.
- Please send clear and detailed pictures of the damaged item and the packaging it came in. Please keep all packaging until we contact you.
- We will email you a pre-paid shipping label if you need to return the damaged item to us.
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method after we receive the damaged item.
- Tags: Some items will come with plastic tags that can be cut off and gently removed. Feel free to try the item on with the tag, but do not remove it if you would like to exchange/return it. We will reject a return/exchange if the tag has been removed, or if it looks like it's been tampered with. Damaged item claims will not be accepted if the tags have been removed.
- Lingerie: returns/exchanges will not be accepted for lingerie, due to sanitary reasons.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. To avoid this restocking fee, you can exchange your item. This fee does not apply if you want to exchange your item and we are out of your size.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for final sale items. These items will have "final sale" or "last one left" in the description.
- Original shipping fees or shipping fees back to us will not be reimbursed.
- We reserve the right to reject a return if it is in an unsaleable condition. This includes items that are soiled, damaged, has a strong odor (like cigarette smoke), or has signs of usage. These items will be returned back to you at your own cost.
- We do not accept unauthorized returns, so please contact us prior to returning/exchanging your item.
- We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that are damaged or lost during shipping back to us.
- Exchanges only apply to the same item or for the same item in a different size.
- Customers who abuse our return policy will be blocked from making a purchase with us for a period of 180 days.
- We can not accept orders from customers who do not adhere to our policies and conditions.
