Items that arrived damaged
Contact us within three days of your receiving your order. We do our best to inspect all items before shipment, but things can get damaged during transit.
- We will not accept damaged item claims if the item has been used or altered in any way.
- Please send clear and detailed pictures of the damaged item and the packaging it came in. Please keep all packaging until we contact you.
- We will email you a pre-paid shipping label if you need to return the damaged item to us.
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method after we receive the damaged item.
