Returns and Exchanges
Due to the final sale nature of the remaining items in our inventory, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted for orders placed on/after Dec. 30, 2022.
Items that arrived damaged
- Contact us within three days of your receiving your order. We do our best to inspect all items before shipment, but things can get damaged during transit.
- We will not accept damaged item claims if the item has been used or altered in any way.
- Please send clear and detailed pictures of the damaged item and the packaging it came in. Please keep all packaging until we contact you.
- We will email you a pre-paid shipping label if you need to return the damaged item to us.
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method after we receive the damaged item.
